New firm offers loans for all credit ratings

CHARLEVOIX – Global Business Funding, a business finance consultancy, opened its doors in downtown Charlevoix on August 8.

With 12 business finance consultants on board, Global Business Funding is ready to engineer financial solutions for all sized businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and is able to work with all types of credit ratings, says Devon Arlt, CEO of Global Business Funding.

"Our non-bank lenders consist of many sources, including private investors, SIBCs, Insurance Companies, REITs, Pension Funds etc., which means we have the ability to work with lenders who enjoy working with business owners who may be a higher risk, thereby allowing us to work with A-D credit quality clients. The majority of our clients have turned to us because they have had their applications denied elsewhere."

Global offers all types of business loans: Accounts Receivables, Asset-Based, SBA Guaranteed Loans, Unsecured Loans, to name a few. Equipment leasing, vendor programs, factoring and commercial real estate financing or re-financing are also included under their umbrella.

Arlt is a native of the United Kingdom and has resided in South Florida for the past 7 years. She's been recognized in the Marquis Who's Who for the past 7 years for her business and financial achievements. Leaving behind a commercial real estate corporation and a luxury equestrian facility, she saw a "huge need" for the services of a business finance consultancy in northern Michigan and actively began forming the corporation. She hand-selected her consultants, then trained and certified them.

Arlt says her firm's solutions show business owners how to: "free up their credit lines for future borrowing, allow them the opportunity to get immediate cash for day-to-day operations, meet debt and vendor obligations, improve their credit and take advantage of vendor or trade discounts."

"It can be costly if the business owner does not realize the tax benefits available to them, how to turn assets into cash or how to turn accounts receivables into immediate cash," she said.

GBF offers a free, no-obligation financial review for all business owners. BN
